ADA: Americans with Disabilities Act
The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) was signed into law on July 26, 1990. The goal of the ADA is to allow Americans with disabilities to lead productive lives by providing minor accommodations. It is designed as a federal anti-discrimination statute to make public and private entities accessible to people with disabilities. This program addresses the sections of this law and how employers, employment agencies, and labor unions must not discriminate.
