All safety training products distributed by AP Safety Training are intended to help employees understand general safety practices and procedures. Each company, however, must make a careful determination of appropriate safety requirements for its operation. No warranty, expressed or implied, is made that the information presented is adequate or appropriate for any particular application.
All intellectual property sold by AP Safety Training is protected by U.S. copyright law. This protection provides criminal penalties for the unauthorized duplication and distribution of copyrighted content, products or programs. No program may be duplicated in any format, nor uploaded onto any intranet or internet hosting device or website, nor placed onto a computer, network, or server, without written authorization from AP Safety Training.
Free Previews
All of AP Safety Training's programs are available for free preview, either via DVD, streamed video on our website, or preview link via e-mail. We encourage customers to preview programs in their entirety prior to ordering.
Previews are provided for managers and decision-makers to review content and are not to be used for employee training until rented or purchased. If DVDs sent on preview basis are not returned by the end of the 3-week preview period, AP Safety Training will issue an invoice for purchase at their discretion.
DVDs
DVDs are licensed for short-term (rental) or long-term (purchase) use. All use is limited to employees of the purchasing or renting organization. DVDs are to be used in the format provided. DVDs are not to be copied, duplicated, or reformatted into any other media format, nor transmitted over any computer network, including the internet and intranet.
DVD content may not be broadcast over any open- or closed-circuit satellite system except a system whose signal is confined to the customer’s local site.
Customers who purchase a DVD within 6 months of renting it (monthly or yearly rental) may apply their paid rental fee toward the purchase price.
DVD previews and rentals must be returned to AP Safety Training via a traceable method (such as UPS or FedEx Ground) at the customer's cost. Items lost in shipping without the proper tracking information will be billed to the customer at full price.
Digital Files & Digital Licenses
With the purchase of a Digital License, AP Safety Training provides the content via standard Digital Media Files at no additional cost. Digital Files are authorized to be copied onto computers and networks located at or accessed exclusively by the purchasing entity, their employees, and contractors working on site.
Content provided via Digital File must remain in its entirety. It may not be edited into smaller components nor repurposed for any other use.
Website Payment
All orders placed on the AP Safety Training website must be paid in full with a credit card at the time the order is placed. The following credit cards are accepted:
Your credit card will be charged in full when you place your order. After submitting your order, please print a copy of your order for your records. If you create an account on the AP Safety Training website, you may return to the site at any time to view your order history, check order status, or print a transaction receipt. AP Safety Training will automatically email you a confirmation of your order when it is submitted.
Order Fulfillment
Orders placed on our website for physical media such as DVDs and Flash Drives will be shipped via FedEx on the following schedule:
- Express services: If you purchase 2-day or overnight delivery at checkout, your package will ship within one business day.
- Ground service: Ground service packages are shipped each Tuesday and Thursday. If you purchase ground shipping at checkout, your package will ship out on the soonest Tuesday or Thursday.
When you purchase a Digital File License from AP Safety Training, you are purchasing a copyrighted mp4 video file with certain use restrictions. During the checkout process, you will be promoted to read and accept our Digital License Agreement which outlines the use restrictions for your purchase. Your company's name and License Agreement number will appear at the beginning of the video to demonstrate that the video is officially licensed to your company by AP Safety Training. Once the order process is complete, we will create your licensed digital video file and send you a download link via email within 3 business days.
Refunds
A 100% refund will be granted for all unused, undamaged physical media (DVDs and Flash Drives) returned within 30 days of purchase. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Once the returned merchandise is received by AP Safety Training, refunds will be issued to the credit card with which the order was placed. For your security, we will confirm the credit card information with you prior to issuing the refund.
Undamaged items which have been used in training will be refunded the purchase price minus the current fee for monthly rental. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Any damaged or defective materials returned within one year of purchase may be exchanged for a replacement program of the same title, length, language, and format.
Privacy Policy
AP Safety Training collects certain information from you when you create an account, sign up for our e-newsletter, or place an order. We will never loan, rent, sell, lease, share, or otherwise provide your information to any persons or organizations outside of AP Safety Training.
