Refund policy

A 100% refund will be granted for all unused, undamaged DVDs returned within 30 days of purchase. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Once the returned merchandise is received by AP Safety Training, refunds will be issued to the credit card with which the order is placed. For your security, we will confirm the credit card information with you prior to issuing the refund.

Undamaged items which have been used in training will be refunded the purchase price minus the current fee for monthly rental. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Any damaged or defective materials returned within one year of purchase may be exchanged for a replacement program of the same title, length, language, and format.
